This Privacy Policy explains what data the Sisal Arena mobile application ("App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2.1 Data You Provide Voluntarily

• Username / nickname — when creating your referee profile.
• Avatar — a profile image you select within the App.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Game progress data — number of matches played, decision results, level, score, achievements.
• Device technical data — device model, Android version, installation ID, system language, time zone.
• Crash and error reports — anonymous technical error reports used to improve stability.
• Analytics data — aggregated usage statistics (screens visited, taps, sessions) not linked to any identity.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Real name, email address, or phone number.
• Location or GPS data.
• Photos, videos, or files from your device.
• Payment or banking information (the App is free with no in-app purchases).
• Contacts or communications.

3. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used solely to:

• Save and sync your in-game progress.
• Display leaderboards and rankings.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues.
• Improve game content and balance.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

• Game data is stored locally on your device and/or in Google Play Games (if you are signed in).
• Anonymous analytics data is retained for no more than 12 months.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 years in EU countries where a higher age threshold applies). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the address below — we will promptly delete such data.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption in transit (TLS) and restricted access to production systems.
