Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sisal Arena mobile application (the "App") and the website sisal-spa.xyz (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Operator

The App and Site are operated by:

2. Description of the Service

Sisal Arena is a football referee simulation for entertainment. The App allows you to:

• Watch replays of in-game football episodes and make refereeing decisions (e.g. no foul, cards, penalties, offside, handball, advantage).
• Earn points for accurate and timely calls, level up your referee profile, and compare scores on leaderboards.
• Play through 20 curated scenarios of varying difficulty with instant feedback after each moment.

Progress may be stored on your device and, if you choose to sign in, through Google Play Games Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

Sisal Arena is not a gambling or betting product.

• Free app: The App is free to download and use, with no in-app purchases.
• Virtual scoring only: Points, levels, ranks, and leaderboard positions have no real-world cash value.
• No payouts: You cannot win real money, prizes, or goods of monetary value through gameplay.
• No wagering: The App does not accept stakes on real-world sporting events and is not affiliated with any licensed bookmaker or betting exchange.

4. Eligibility

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 years in EU countries where a higher age of digital consent applies). By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who may access a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits to manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings.
• Impersonate other users or submit offensive nicknames or avatars.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services integrated with the App.

6. Profiles, Leaderboards, and Progress

You may create a referee profile with a nickname and avatar. Leaderboard data may be visible to other players through Google Play Games or similar services. We may adjust scoring rules, episode difficulty, or game balance at any time. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, uninstallation, clearing app data, or issues with third-party sign-in services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, logos, episode content, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by SISAL SPA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free replays, or that saved progress will always be recoverable. Refereeing scenarios are fictional training content for entertainment and do not constitute official refereeing guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SISAL SPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. You agree that the courts of Milan, Italy shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
